Service areas and delivery options

Orders will be dispatched through courier partners to serviceable Indian PIN codes. No express, same-day, international or scheduled time-slot delivery is currently offered.

Preparation before dispatch

Personalised products generally require 5–6 working days for preparation BEFORE dispatch. Check the selected product page for any stated preparation requirements. Complete and accurate personalisation details are needed; a delay in supplying or approving them may delay dispatch.

Courier transit after dispatch

Standard courier transit is estimated at 3–5 business days AFTER dispatch, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Working/business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments; plan ahead for an occasion.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, including any applicable free-shipping offer and its conditions, are shown at checkout. Free delivery is not promised to every PIN code.

Tracking and delays

After dispatch, tracking details will be provided where supported by the courier. Use Track Order or contact customer@giftsnearme.in for assistance. Weather, public holidays, transport disruption or courier delays may affect estimates. We will help investigate delayed or missing shipments with the courier and explain the available resolution. Applicable remedies for non-delivery, seller failure or qualifying late delivery remain available under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Address changes and failed delivery

Please provide the complete address, correct PIN code and reachable recipient phone number. Request corrections promptly; a change may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has progressed. If an incorrect address, refusal or recipient unavailability causes a failed attempt, contact us to discuss redelivery. Any additional delivery or return-to-origin cost will be explained before agreement, where applicable and legally permitted. An unsuccessful attempt is not treated as completed delivery. Restrictions for personalised change-of-mind orders do not remove remedies where we or the courier are responsible.
